K-TEE is a afro descent DJ from Cape Verde based in Lausanne. She's a key force on the local scene, drawing inspiration from electronic music, creating a world filled with catchy and memorable sounds. Her melodies blend the current dynamism of bass music, the nostalgic experience of old-school/hip-hop sounds, and a global touch. With several years in clubs, raves, festivals, charity evenings, privates parties she performs on french-speaking stages such as Les clubs le Motel / la Gravière / l’Usine in Geneva, la Case a choc in Neuchâtel, l’Amalgame in Yverdon-les-Bains and the cave Bleu Lézard in Lausanne. Her presence behind the decks at the 2023 Festival de la Cité in Lausanne electrified the audience and created an unforgettable atmosphere. That same year, she collaborated with HalfMoon radio in Brooklyn, New York. She also caused a sensation at a party at L’Usine in Geneva, where she set the dance floor ablaze as the closing DJ following performances by DJ Mantra, DJ Flight, and MC Chickaboo, during an evening exclusively dedicated to drum'n'bass and jungle.K-TEE also has a curatorial activity with her recent project "Riddim Section". For the first edition highlighting jungle, dancehall and hip hop sounds, she offers an atmosphere, a reminder from the music of the musical roots of the genres and a hint of nostalgia for a warm and playful atmosphere.
